The Waterwood Townhomes HOA Board is composed of three voting Board members responsible for the governance and operation of the Association. The Board is supported by non-voting Committee Chairs and Advisory Members who assist with specialized areas of responsibility and provide institutional knowledge, recommendations, and project support.
The Association operates through a collaborative partnership between the Board, committee chairs, advisory members, volunteers, and professional management. To better serve the community, the Board may delegate research, project coordination, communications, and other responsibilities to committees or designated volunteers. Committees and advisory members help develop recommendations, share expertise, provide continuity and institutional knowledge, and support Association initiatives.
