Special 2027 Budget Ratification Meeting
October 30 @ 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Meeting Agenda: 2027 Budget Ratification. The HOA Board Chairman or Acting Chairman will call the meeting to order at 5:30 PM, tally rejection votes with Beal Properties Management, and announce the budget ratification result. The proposed budget does not increase regular HOA dues. Under Article VI, Section 6.2 of the Bylaws, no quorum is required. The budget will be ratified unless a majority of all the Unit Owners vote to reject it. Your monthly HOA dues will remain $230 whether the budget is ratified or rejected.
Owners wishing to REJECT the budget as mailed may attend in person or submit the enclosed DIRECTED PROXY form that was mailed to owners. If you wish to have the budget PASS as presented, no action is required.
Participation: Due to limited seating at Beal Properties, owners may observe remotely at: https://www.waterwoodtownhomes.com/meeting-links. Beal Properties will provide the password for this page via email and FolioSpace.
If you observe remotely and wish to vote to REJECT the budget, you must submit a valid directed proxy before the deadline. Remote voting will not be available.
