Dear Waterwood Homeowners and Residents,
We would like to provide you with an important update regarding the community entrance gates.
At this time, the gates are undergoing repairs. To ensure that homeowners and residents are still able to access the community without interruption, the gates will remain open until the necessary work has been completed. At this time, leaving the gates open is the only available option while repairs are being made.
During this period, we ask that everyone remain vigilant and help us keep our community safe. If you observe any suspicious activity, please report it to the appropriate authorities and notify management as soon as possible.
Additionally, we ask that residents do not dispose of furniture, mattresses, appliances, or any other bulk items in or around the community dumpsters. These items are not permitted and create additional costs for the Association. Please make arrangements to properly dispose of any bulk items through the appropriate waste disposal services.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation while we work to restore the gate system. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
